Representing ratepayers on matters affecting our neighbourhoods, Manco works to protect property rights, promote responsible development, conserve our natural environment and hold local authorities accountable. Together, we are committed to preserving the unique character and quality of life of Camps Bay and Clifton for present and future generations.

Chris Willemse - Chair

The dispute ultimately led to the landmark First Crescent case, CBRRA v Provincial Minister of Planning (6594/98). The experience reinforced his belief in the importance of active civic participation and the need for communities to remain informed and engaged in decisions that affect them. He continues to contribute his extensive experience in planning matters and represents the CBCRA on the Ward Committee.
